I have used it so far without any hitches.
I'm no expert but it could be as simple as you uninstalling and reinstalling it.

Who has it, who likes it and who dislikes it? And why?

I don't remember if I was using 10.6.6 or something before but I definitely had to flash mine.
Thanks, realised I need those stupid cables for the graphics card so another hurdle :(
At least the card looks nice :D

I am video editor and have an Intensity pro card as well. And all its good for is displaying my video from FCP and Motion to a TV monitor. And half the time that is an issue just to get that to work. There own capture software doesn't even work with their own ****. No video just audio maybe.
So I called them about problems I was having and they said well it works with our setup. Which means that have the most basic setup of a computer and Video Editing software and nothing else installed or attached.
WOW! thanks for the help BlackMagic. That cleared up a lot.
If you are going OUT to TV monitor you can always go out from a GT120 > DVI > HDMI(?!)
That might solve your Blackmagic woes. For me, I have to capture a signal coming in and get it to Skype... THAT is the big stumper for me.

I have a sealed 32GB iPod touch. If you're interested, please PM me for further details. The price is a bit more, but then again it's sealed and brand new in box - let me know.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Ebay is the best place. Be sure you get only a mac retail box version. The Radeon 7000 or 9200 are your best bets.

Yeah thanks guys. I sent the .shsh file to my email so am i doing it correctly? And does iTunes force update for iPad? Because i heard that you cannot update your iPad because of jail breaking and apple will detect it and void your warranty. Or something like that.

Thanks for the quick responses!
Does anyone know of a good web resource or book available to learn more Unix code?
Your responses are appreciated.

yeah i think they took my old server down
i found my files on the wayback machine on the internet archive, and i still have an account on another (faster) server at my university
my problem is i have no idea how to do anything web-related, so i guess i'll have to make another page because my old files are gone now

iTunes all the way. I usually get iTunes gift certificates for my birthday and Christmas, so I actually rarely have to pay for the music myself. I plan on drinking lots of Pepsi soon and getting more free songs :)

I don't know about less sense than Sheen... but I completely agree that Boehner is not a real small-government conservative and that he isn't being NEARLY aggressive enough with his proposals to cut government spending. He's a slimey politician, that's all.

What do you use your Mini for?
You might be better off waiting to see what Apple releases later this year.

I may not agree with all of his policies, but Prime Minister Stephen Harper is friggin' cool.
Check out this performance at the Conservative caucus Christmas party in Ottawa on Wednesday night:
http://www.cbc.ca/canada/story/2010/12/08/harper-concert.html
The camera work sucks big time, but gets better after a few minutes. It's a long video, so check out the parts at 9:40, 13:00, and 17:50.
Hopefully the video in the link works for you.... it worked for me, and I'm in the US.

A Mac Mini in a car better have some serious self-powered heating and cooling system! Not to mention its very own waterbed for shock protection!
Or maybe it could stand the extremes if the HD were replaced by a RAID of flash chips?
Anyway, I bet the project will draw an upsurge of interest from the Windows switcher DIY crowd too! Might even draw some new people into programming Mac software :)
EDIT: Yes, OS X voice commands can trigger AppleScripts, and iTunes is controllable that way. (Better yet, maybe, with Automator in Tiger.) Unless the music interferes :)
I see no iTunes voice control scripts ready-to-go in Panther. But wow, Address Book is sure loaded with voice control!

AFAIK you can't engrave refurbs though so OP should think that through.
You can't so this is a moot point for the OP.

Yum, I want a byte!
(See what I did there? You see it?)
Ha! I get it! It's funny because byte is a computer term and sounds like bite when you eat! :D
